Les commandes sont généralement expédiées dans un délai de 7 jours ouvrables suivant la commande, Clara&Co. ne prend cependant aucun engament en ce sens. En période de soldes ou de forte activité, ce délai pourra être exceptionnellement prolongé.
- Pour une utilisation optimale, laissez toujours votre bougie brûler jusqu'à ce que toute la surface soit fondue.
- Ne pas laisser brûler votre bougie plus de 2 heures à la fois durant le premier tiers de la bougie et de 1 heure à la fois durant le reste.
- Ne jamais laisser une bougie brûler sans attention. Placez votre bougie à l’abri des courants d’air. Gardez vos bougies hors d’atteinte des enfants, et des animaux domestiques ainsi que des rideaux.
- Ne laissez jamais la bougie se consumer entièrement : éteignez-la en veillant à conserver 1 cm de cire au fond pour garantir la sécurité.
- Après chaque utilisation, veillez à raccourcir les mèches d’environs 0,5 cm. Cette précaution permet de limiter la surchauffe du verre, le risque de casse, les flammes trop hautes, et les dépôts de suie.
- Repositionnez les mèches au centre de la bougie si nécessaire, mais uniquement lorsque la cire est encore souple et légèrement tiède.
